Day 10. Date Night

It seems far to infrequent when my wife and I get the chance to have an evening alone, so we headed out on a date to the movies.

We saw Inception.  Good movie – very close to being a great movie.  It was a little long, but moved at a fairly good pace.  And I didn’t even induldge in popcorn or pop.  I stuck to a bottle of water.

So today my eating was right on track – healthy and spaced out nicely, all good choices.

I didn’t get to the gym.  I’ve got it in my schedule to do a weights session tomorrow morning at 8:30.

Day 9. The Gym

Today was another good day in the books.

I started out the day with 20 minutes cardio, then ended the day lifting weights.  And in between I ate lean and clean all day.

A good day all around!

Weigh in August 8, 2010

First week is in the books.  And it was a good one!

Today:  352 lbs  (8/8/10)
Last wk: 360 lbs (31/7/10)
Start: 360 lbs (31/7/10)

Day 8. Sleepy

Sleep.  That’s all I did today.  My wife and kids were at the inlaws and I barely left the bed. Part of my depression, I guess.

I ate lean and clean – not enough likely – but my choices were decent.  No exercise though. Tomorrow will be a much more productive day.
